05.01.2024

Munson Healthcare Cadillac Hospital announced today that it has received an “A” grade from The Leapfrog Group for Spring 2024, marking the fourth straight time it’s received recognition at this level. The twice-yearly report card from the hospital quality organization was released today.

Cadillac Hospital President Peter Marinoff applauded the patient-centered focus and strong ongoing efforts by providers, medical staff, and support staff that resulted in another top grade.

“This honor demonstrates our Healthcare Team’s strong commitment to providing our community a sustained level of high-quality care,” said Marinoff. “We are so proud and grateful for this recognition which truly reflects the dedication and compassion with which we serve our patients each day.”

The hospital is among 30 percent of hospitals nationwide to achieve an “A” this period.

The Leapfrog Group is an independent national watchdog group that examines hospital quality and safety, assigning an A, B, C, D, and F grade based on how safe the facility is for patients. The Leapfrog Group Hospital Safety Grade was developed under the guidance of a national panel and is based on measures of safety, quality, and efficiency.
