William E. Nowak, D.O., provides care close to home for region’s residents
Gynecological appointments and certain gynecologic surgeries are available at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center each week.
Gynecologist William E. Nowak, D.O., F.A.C.O.O.G., sees patients each Wednesday at the hospital.
“Kalkaska Memorial Health Center offers a high-quality facility and well-trained staff to care for our patients,” he said. “There are several procedures we can do locally that keep care close to home.”
Among the procedures offered in Kalkaska are:
- Therapy for bladder control
- Bladder slings
- Cystoscopy
- Dilation and curettage
- Laparoscopy procedures
- Hysteroscopy
- Thermal ablations
- Tubal ligation
- Other minor outpatient procedures
Dr. Nowak is board certified by the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He practices at the Women’s Health Pavilion in Acme. He also serves as an adjunct clinical professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
