Gaylord, Mich. — Stephen Ward, MD, will be speaking about the importance of heart health and the benefits of working closely with your primary care provider on Wednesday, May 4th. Dr. Ward will cover areas such as nutrition, diet and exercise, and how to work with your primary care physician to maintain a healthy lifestyle. He will also help attendees to understand the steps they can take in maintaining a strong and healthy heart.
The free event will take place on Wednesday, May 4th from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. in the Professional Medical Building Conference Room at OMH. Light refreshments will be provided.
