To evaluate gaps in mental health services and the suicide prevention network in Northwest Michigan, providers and community members are asked to complete an anonymous Suicide Prevention Community Assessment on your experience with suicide prevention services.
Developed by the Suicide Prevention Action Team, which is part of the Northwest Community Health Innovation Region's (CHIR) Behavioral Health Initiative and the Northern Michigan United Suicide Prevention Coalition, the community assessment results will be used to strengthen supports and services in the region.
