Ambulatory Providers: Education Information and Resources

In preparation for the One Patient Record changes, please plan to:

1. Register for the appropriate class in Healthstream.
   • Behavioral health providers and ambulatory providers at Manistee practices should work with their practice manager to register for the required class.
   • Charlevoix providers are welcome to register for an optional class at Charlevoix or Manistee locations.
2. View class topics covered here: OPR Ambulatory Provider Class Information.
3. Attend class.
4. Review education relevant to your role by clicking on the content section drop-down arrow on the left side of the page for a list of topics.
5. Be prepared for the January 25th launch:
   • Open the Ambulatory Providers | Munson Healthcare website section.
   • Add this website section to the Internet Favorites bar for future quick access.
     1. Click the Favorites star icon.
     2. Click Done.
