Munson Healthcare Neurology is pleased to welcome Amanda Gross, MSBS, PA-C.
Amanda is excited to be a part of the neurology team and make a difference in patients' lives facing complex conditions, including seizures and epilepsy. Her care approach includes helping to ease fears by providing compassionate thorough care and education. Prior to becoming a physician assistant, she worked as a nurse aid in traumatic brain and spinal cord injury rehabilitation.
Amanda earned her graduate education from the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Health Sciences, and is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
She always knew she would work in the medical field and chose to be a physician assistant because it allows her to build meaningful, trusting relationships with patients and their families.
“I find great fulfillment in being a part of patients’ healthcare journeys and having the opportunity to make a positive impact on their lives. It’s important to me that patients feel heard and understood, and are confident to make their own medical decisions,” she says.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys hiking and boating with her husband, children, and their dog Bruce.
