Munson Healthcare Cadillac Hospital is pleased to welcome Amanda Linneé, W.H.M.P., C.N.M., to the medical staff as a specialist in midwifery.
Linneé graduated from Georgetown University School of Nursing and Health Studies. She is a certified nurse midwife and a board-certified women’s health nurse practitioner.
A Michigan native, Linneé was born and raised in Kentwood. As a child, she used to watch “A Baby Story” on TLC which she believes could have started her love of women’s health. She enjoys caring for underprivileged populations and young women seeking counseling regarding birth control options.
One of Linneé’s favorite parts of practicing medicine is being the support women need. She loves building relationships and being an integral part of the family planning process. She feels it is important to connect with her patients in the decision-making processes and feels honored to be by someone’s side from the moment of discovering pregnancy all the way to assisting in delivering the baby.
“My patients are always my top priority. I’m involved to provide evidence-based information to help women make the best decisions for themselves and their family,” Linneé said.
Linneé is married with two young children. She has a passion for animals and has dogs, chickens, goats, and an aquarium. Her hobbies include camping, kayaking, reading, and international travel.
Linneé practices at Munson Healthcare Cadillac OBGYN, 7985 Mackinaw Trail, Ste. 201, in Cadillac. She is accepting new patients, and appointments can be made by calling 231-876-6100.
