Andrew W. Olsen, D.D.S., has joined the staff of Munson Medical Center as a specialist in oral & maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Olsen practices at Grand Traverse Oral Surgery, 12776 S.W. Dr. Olsen graduated from University of Michigan School of Dentistry, Ann Arbor, Mich. He completed his general dentistry residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, Chicago, Ill., and his oral & maxillofacial surgery residency at John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County, Chicago, Ill.
