Cardiac Rehab Support Group Offered Monthly

Next session for past, present cardiac patients is Sept. 27

Emotional support can become important for those with cardiovascular disease.

Munson Medical Center’s Cardiac Rehabilitation Department offers a monthly support group from 2 - 3 p.m. the fourth Tuesday of each month at Munson Community Health Center’s Classroom A & B. Current and former cardiac rehabilitation patients, their caregivers, and family members are invited to attend. The next session is September 27.

Facilitator Jim Batsakis, LMSW, leads discussions that allow for learning, sharing, and connecting with others experiencing the effects of cardiovascular disease.
