CDC recommends 2nd dose of 2024-2025 COVID-19 vaccine 6 months after their 1st dose for adults 65+ and individuals who are moderately or severely immunocompromised. Updated recommendations also allow flexibility for additional doses for those who are moderately or severely immunocompromised in consultation with their provider.
