Dr. Sharapova was born and raised in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. After completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin, she went on to medical school and completed her family medicine residency at Memorial University of Newfoundland in Canada.
She chose to practice medicine because she loves making connections with people to help them on their healthcare journey to promote balance and healing. “I want to partner with all patients in helping them maintain current health and help to reverse damage done from chronic medical conditions,” Dr. Sharapova said.
Dr. Sharapova and her husband live in Petoskey and together they have three children. In their free time, they love to hike, travel and play with their family including 3 dogs and two cats.
