The Patient Portal is a great tool for parents, guardians, and caregivers. Elderly patients can share their information with adult children or other caregivers to help manage their care. Parents and guardians using the Portal can view health records and manage care for their whole family.

"The thing that I love most about the Portal is that I can see all of my family’s health care information. I can view labs, vitals and what the provider and I, or my family member, discussed at each visit. It is so easy to keep track of when our last appointments were without having to call the office. It’s so nice to have everything in one place that is so easily accessible.” Jessica, Patient Portal user.

To sign up for the OMH Medical Group Patient Portal, contact your provider’s office to verify your email address and request an invitation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is My Information Secure?

Yes. Safeguarding your information is a priority to us. To ensure the security of your personal information, we use industry standard encryption to prevent unauthorized access to data.

Can Anyone Use the Patient Portal?

Only Munson Healthcare OMH Medical Group patients or parent/legal guardians who have registered to use the site will have access to the Portal. Everyone – patient or not – has access to the portal and can register to create an individual account, however, only patients can access records or place requests. If a parent/legal guardian is not an OMH patient, they can register and link all dependent patients to their account.

Do I Need an Email Address to Use the Patient Portal?

Yes. There are multiple sites through which you can create an email account if you do not already have one: www.hotmail.com, www.yahoo.com, and www.gmail.com, to name a few. The list of supported browsers are: Internet Explorer 11, Firefox (recent versions), Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari 6.2, 7.1 or later, and Google Chrome.

What If Our Entire Family are Patients of the OMH Medical Group?

Parents/legal guardians can link all of their dependent patients to a single account. A unique registration link is required for each member of the family. At 13 years of age, children are automatically removed from their parent’s account. Children ages 13-17 can obtain their own registration link or one will be provided to the parent with proxy consent signed by the child. Adult accounts can be linked if the link is shared. Linked accounts can be removed by contacting OMH. Parents/legal guardians will need to order prescriptions under the child/patient’s account.

Will Any of My Medical Information Be Sent to Me Via Email?

No. Your health or other confidential information will NOT be sent to your email. Instead, you will receive email notification that there is a response to your request waiting for you on the secure website, and you will be required to log in for access. Your health information will always remain secure.

Can I Still Call-In Prescription Refills?

Yes, but for your convenience, we encourage patients with internet access to use the Patient Portal to submit prescription refill requests.
