PerfectServe's Telmediq, Munson's new paging solution, will launch on Tuesday, June 18.
- On-call providers are asked to download the Telmediq app to your mobile phone (see right for the app you want to download) and log in by Friday, May 24.* Please refer to the step-by-step instructions for your mobile phone below.
Note: When prompted for your password on logging in, instead click "Sign in with Azure AD" and then enter your password.
- App Support: Need help with your password or downloading the Telmediq app? Call the Help Desk at 231-935-6053.
- FAQs and training materials — including job aids and a HealthStream module with training videos — are available at munsonhealthcare.org/perfectserve.
*Full functionality of Telmediq mobile app and desktop console will not be available until the June 18 go live. At this time, the expectation is only for on-call providers and leadership to download the mobile app.
