Gaylord, Mich. — Dr. Wendy Frye, General Surgeon at Otsego Memorial Hospital (OMH), will be presenting on the evolution of the surgical approach to breast cancer, specifically related to less aggressive lymph node surgery. Dr. Frye will also be discussing the pain management techniques available for post-operative pain after a mastectomy, and she will share information on a new device available for radiation therapy at OMH.
The event will take place on Wednesday, October 11th from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. in the Professional Medical Building Conference Room at OMH. Admission is free and light refreshments will be provided.
