Family Advisory Council Members Needed for Hospital

Munson Medical Center is seeking new Family Advisory Council members to share their experience and opinions with the hospital.

The Family Advisory Council serves as an advisory committee that offers input and suggestions to help the hospital improve patient-centered care. Munson Vice President of Patient Care Loraine Frank-Lightfoot said candidates for the council must meet the following criteria:

• Be a former patient, or someone who has had a family member who had direct experience with Munson Healthcare.
• Be willing to contribute their perspective on how the organization can improve patient-centered care.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be willing and able to meet once per month.
