Munson Healthcare OMH Medical Group – Indian River is pleased to welcome board-certified nurse practitioner Heather Bur.
A Michigan native, Heather was born and raised in Cheboygan. For over 15 years, she has dedicated her career to healthcare, working throughout Michigan and out of state. She attended Oakland University School of Nursing and completed her nurse practitioner program at Michigan State University.
Heather is thrilled to be back in northern Michigan, using her extensive experience in emergency medicine and urgent care to care for the community. “I believe in collaborating with patients to determine their individual plan of treatment,” Heather said.
In her free time, Heather enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, paddle boarding, golfing, gardening, reading, and writing, as well as spending time with family and friends.
