How to Bypass New MHC Switchboard Phone Tree

MHC Switchboard is launching a new phone tree on Wed., July 12 to help callers quickly connect to high-volume services (e.g., Ask-A-Nurse, Radiology Scheduling) without waiting to speak with an operator.

To bypass the phone tree:

• From an internal line: Dial “0”.
• From an external line: Enter “0” at start of recording.

All Codes should be dialed to 55555. This will reach on-site code operator.
