Family Medicine specialist Natalie Okerson-Sparks, M.D., to see patients in March

Natalie Okerson-Sparks, M.D., joins Kalkaska Memorial Health Center as a specialist in family medicine in March. She will practice at Kalkaska Medical Associates.

Dr. Okerson-Sparks most recently has practiced at Crystal Lake Clinic in Traverse City. Her resume includes roles on the faculty at Bon Secours Cottage Hospital and as an associate faculty member at Wayne State University. She has special interests in nutrition, preventive medicine, patient education, chronic disease management, child development and women’s health.

A graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine, Dr. Okerson-Sparks completed her family medicine residency at Bon Secours Cottage Hospital in Grosse Point. She is board certified in family medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
