Local Artist Eve Hansen Featured in the Healing Arts Gallery
10.20.2015

West Shore Medical Center is pleased to host the works of local artist Eve Hansen in the Healing Arts Gallery, now through November. Her canvas-wrapped photographs illustrate the variety of natural beauty found in northern Michigan.

Hansen was raised in Manistee County on Bar Lake, with the very best of Mother Nature as her backyard. She enjoyed the sights and sounds of the dunes, meadows, shorelines and woods. While caring for a parent with Alzheimer’s disease, the woods were Hansen’s respite. Learn more about Hansen and her work at evehansenphotography.com.

The Healing Arts Gallery, developed in conjunction with the Manistee Art Institute, was established to support West Shore Medical Center’s goal of creating a comfortable, attractive, and healing environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The public is invited to browse the gallery, which is located near the Café on the main floor of West Shore Medical Center at 1465 E. Parkdale Ave. in Manistee.
