Matthew G. Roos, M.D., Joins Munson Medical Center

Physician specializes in vascular surgery

Matthew G. Roos, M.D., has joined the staff of Munson Medical Center as a specialist in vascular surgery. Dr. Roos practices at Vascular Center of Northern Michigan, 3930 Cedar Run Rd., Traverse City. He is accepting new patients, and appointments can be made by calling 231-935-0390.

Dr. Roos graduated from and completed a general surgery residency at Loma Linda University School of Medicine, Loma Linda, Calif. He completed his fellowship in vascular surgery at Oregon Health and Sciences University, Portland, Ore. Dr. Roos provides the most modern treatments for aortic aneurysm repair, all peripheral vascular disease management including angioplasty, stenting, thrombolysis, and embolization, carotid artery surgery, and varicose vein treatments.
