Wieber joins the organization with extensive leadership experience in Florida and Michigan hospitals. Her most recent role was as assistant vice president of Cardiovascular, Imaging and Pulmonary Services for Martin Health System in Stuart, Fla. Previously she served at McLaren Health System in Flint in several management roles.
“Having grown up in Michigan and making many trips to our family cottage in Stonington in the Upper Peninsula, I recall looking at the assortment of houses during the long seven-hour trip,” she said. “I now have the opportunity to be a part of a health care system focused on ensuring that the families living in those homes have the best health care closest to where they live. That’s exciting.”
In her role, Wieber will work to enhance quality care through further assisting the development of a comprehensive, integrated, and patient-centered cardiovascular service line across the entire system and into each community served by Munson Healthcare hospitals.
