Munson Healthcare is thrilled to announce the opening of its Advanced Wound Care Center in Cadillac. This new facility is an extension of Munson Medical Center’s Advanced Wound Care Center in Traverse City, designed to provide patients in the Cadillac area with convenient access to high-quality, advanced wound care services closer to home.
"Although I come from several hours away, I notice that patients in both my old and new locations face the same healthcare disparities,” said Devin Rohde, FNP. “I'm grateful to be part of the solution as we expand Munson Advanced Wound Care Clinic's outreach into our surrounding communities."
The Advanced Wound Care Center is dedicated to offering comprehensive care for patients suffering from chronic, non-healing wounds. The center is equipped with the latest technology and staffed by a team of highly skilled specialists who are committed to delivering personalized and innovative treatments to optimize wound healing.
"We strive to provide high-quality advanced wound care to our Munson-based community in an effort to reach patients that may have limited access to specialty medical services,” said Desiree Miller, FNP-BC, Advanced Wound Care Specialist. "Our goal is to ensure that every patient receives the best possible care tailored to their unique needs."
Munson’s advanced wound care specialists employ a multidisciplinary approach to treatment, utilizing the most effective and cutting-edge therapies available. Services include traditional wound care, debridement, skin substitute applications, lab diagnostic testing, and more. The center also focuses on patient education and support, empowering patients to take an active role in their healing process.
