Professional Research Consultants gives lab four stars for physician engagement
Munson Medical Center’s Laboratory Services recently was recognized by Professional Research Consultants for its physician engagement.
Professional Research Consultants awarded the Lab four out of five stars. It is based on the percentage of physicians who rated the laboratory as “excellent” during a recent physician engagement survey.
The award means the laboratory scored in the 75th to 89th percentile of the firm’s data base.
Professional Research Consultants is a market research firm dedicated solely to the health care industry and is a certified vendor for government mandated surveys.
“We are very pleased to be recognized by such a prestigious organization, it is another indicator of the hard work our lab staff perform every day and the high quality results they provide for patients and their providers,” said Russell Love, director of Munson Medical Center Laboratory.
