To improve efficiencies, turnaround times, and security as well as reduce the costly practice of burning CDs, Radiology has implemented a new process for patients and providers to request radiology images (e.g., x-rays).
Providers are encouraged to use MHC's digital platforms (i.e., Ambra, Powershare) to obtain radiology images.
To request Radiology images:

If patient is being transferred to another acute care site, contact the MHC Patient Transfer and Placement Center at 231-392-0777.

For all other requests, complete and fax Form #3161 to Vital Records Control (VRC) at 312-836-7919.
