Gaylord, Mich. — Otsego Memorial Hospital rescheduled a speaking event with Stephen Ward, MD, physician with OMH Medical Group Internal Medicine for Wednesday, February 1st from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. in the Professional Medical Building Conference Room at Otsego Memorial Hospital. The original event was cancelled due to inclement weather and school closings.
Next Wednesday, Dr. Ward will speak about the importance of nutrition and exercise and how they relate to weight loss. Improper dieting, exercise myths, and eating fads are just a few of the topics Dr. Ward will cover during his hour-long presentation. The event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be provided.
