OMH Medical Group – Lewiston Is Expanding To Better Serve You!

OMH Medical Group – Lewiston is expanding to better meet the needs of the growing communities in the area. As the population increases and Lewiston continues to make improvements and updates to the town, OMH is aiming to grow and improve, as well.

Currently, OMH Medical Group – Lewiston is undergoing an extensive expansion and renovation that will double the square footage of the existing clinic. The expansion includes an increase from 10 to 15 exam rooms, an addition of two new procedure rooms, and expanded space for Rehabilitation Services and Occupational Therapy. The renovated and expanded space will also accommodate additional specialty services, such as ultrasound. The new clinic will have a larger waiting area and patient parking lot, which will be located closer to the main entrance of the building.

OMH Medical Group – Lewiston will offer Saturday and Sunday walk-in clinic hours and expanded hours on weekdays, providing easier access to care for patients and families in the Lewiston area. Access to care is important  for this community, something Mary Ann, a Lewiston resident, knows well. In February 2017, 85 year old Mary Ann had a knee replacement surgery with Dr. Lou Habryl at OMH N’Orthopedics. Mary Ann needed post-surgery physical therapy to strengthen her muscles and keep her safe from falling. Because of the location of OMH Medical Group – Lewiston, Mary Ann was able to have her check-ups and physical therapy all in Lewiston, working with Kristin Hoeh, PT, DPT. “I was a little nervous to begin therapy at first,” admits Mary Ann. “I was so wobbly on my feet and terrified of falling, but Kristin was so wonderful. She told me to trust her and I did. She was always right there for me and never let me fall.”
