Gaylord, Mich. — Otsego Memorial Hospital’s Rehab Services department is expanding to a second Gaylord location at 2147 Professional Drive. The building is also the location of OMH N’Orthopedics. The expanded location will be open for patients on Monday, April 10th, 2017. Rehab Services will occupy 3,610 square feet of space in the building, and will offer speech, occupational, and physical therapy. Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, as well as Wound Care Services and all inpatient rehab services will remain at the Hospital location.
“We are so excited for what this second Gaylord location will mean for our patients. Increased access and reduced wait times to be seen by a provider, plus more space for our team and patients.” said Chris Hope, Director of Rehabilitation Services at OMH.
A public Open House to celebrate the additional location is planned for Tuesday, May 9th. The event will be from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m., and will give visitors a chance to tour the new Rehab Services space and meet with the OMH Rehab Services team. The event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be provided.
Rehab Services is located at both 825 N. Center Ave and 2147 Professional Drive in Gaylord, and also serves patients at OMH Medical Group – Lewiston.
