Michael Peters II, D.O., and John R. Reineck, M.D., offer pre- and post-op clinics
Orthopedic surgery patients now can have their pre- and post-surgical clinic visits at Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital in Frankfort.
Munson Medical Center orthopedic surgeons Michael J. Peters II, D.O., and John R. Reineck, M.D., travel to Frankfort every other Monday and Wednesday to provide area patients easy access to their expertise.
“We’re excited to offer these clinics locally because it makes it so much more convenient for area residents, especially as we head toward the winter season,” said Peter Marinoff, president of Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Peters specializes in joint replacement, general orthopedics, and sports medicine. He serves as the team physician for the Detroit Red Wings training camp in Traverse City as well as the NHL Prospect Camp. He is a graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and performed his residency at Memorial Hospital in York, Pa. He is board certified.
Dr. Reineck is a fellowship-trained shoulder specialist whose expertise involves complex reconstructive surgery of the shoulder, replacement and revision surgery of the shoulder, arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, hip, and knee, orthopedic trauma and fracture care, total joint replacement and general orthopedics. He graduated from Rush Medical College and performed his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He accomplished his shoulder surgery fellowship at the W.B. Carrell Clinic, Baylor University, in Dallas Texas. He also is board certified.
