After years of emergency nursing, Hoye wanted to expand professionally and chose to become a family nurse practitioner because of the diversity it offers. She graduated Kaplan University with a Master of Science in Nursing. Hoye spent the past seven years working as a hospitalist caring for a wide range of patients, which resulted in strengthening her knowledge and medical practice.
“I know that taking care of people is a privilege and at the center of everything we do as healthcare providers,” she said. “I enjoy being able to help and make a difference in someone’s life.”
Married with three grown children and two grandkids, Hoye loves spending time family. When she is not working, she enjoys gardening, fishing, camping, and exploring northern Michigan.
