Helping stroke survivors understand potential sleep issues through online education from the National Stroke Association will be the agenda for the March 14 meeting of the Grand Traverse Bay Area Stroke Club.

The group meets from 2:30 - 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14, at The Presbyterian Church, 701 Westminster Road in Traverse City.

Experts from the National Stroke Association have produced a webinar that will focus on sleep-related topics such as sleep apnea, insomnia, circadian rhythm sleep disorders, and more.
