School clinics in Kalkaska and at Forest Area High School offer comprehensive exams
Football, cross country, volleyball, and soccer athletes gearing up for the new school year can receive their sports physicals at Teen Health Corner clinics in Kalkaska and at Forest Area High School.
Clinic Manager Joanna Durfee, R.N., said the Kalkaska location at 419 S. Coral Street is open Monday through Friday. To make an appointment, call 231-258-7791. The Forest Area clinic is open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 7661 Shippy Road SW. Call 231-369-2000 to make an appointment.
All insurances are accepted at the clinics. Athletes should visit the Michigan High School Athletic Association’s website at mhsaa.com/schools/forms-resources to download and complete the two-page Physical Card/Medical History form.
