Stroke Club Discusses Community Accessibility

Grand Traverse Bay Area Stroke Club meets Wednesday, March 8

The Grand Traverse Bay Area Stroke Club will discuss “Community Accessibility” at its 2:30 - 4:30 p.m. meeting on Wednesday, March 8, at The Presbyterian Church, 701 Westminster Road in Traverse City.

Disability Network Executive Director Jim Moore will share information related to his agency’s work advocating for accessibility and helping governments, businesses and other organizations make changes that enhance life for everyone in the community.

The Grand Traverse Bay Area Stroke Club is open to the public and meets the second Wednesday of each month. The stroke club offers stroke survivors and support persons the opportunity to learn, share, and connect with one another through speakers, demonstrations, and group discussions.
