The Grand Traverse Bay Area Stroke Club will host an open discussion of stroke and stroke recovery via teleconference from 2:30 - 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 10. The group will also dedicate meeting time to discussing the power of gratitude.
How can one attain an attitude of gratitude during tough times? As Thanksgiving approaches, the group will examine how gratefulness can impact one’s stroke recovery journey.

Melinda Hollands, L.M.S.W. with Munson Medical Center’s Patient Care Management Department will facilitate the group meeting. Melinda has practiced social work for 34 years including 21 years with Munson Healthcare.
