The Grand Traverse Bay Area Stroke Club will host an open discussion during a teleconference from 2:30 - 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8.
Discussion participants may receive the conference phone number and access code by registering at this URL: munsonhealthcare.org/strokeclub.
Melinda Hollands, L.M.S.W., with Munson Medical Center’s Patient Care Management Department will facilitate the group meeting and as part of the discussion will address managing other illnesses in addition to stroke such as COVID-19, cancer, or the common cold. Hollands has practiced social work for 35 years including 22 years with Munson Healthcare.

The Grand Traverse Bay Area Stroke Club is open to the public and meets on the second Wednesday of each month. The group offers stroke survivors and support persons the opportunity to learn, share, and connect through speakers, demonstrations, and discussions.
