‘What, Me Worry?’ Discussing Anxiety at the Stroke Club

Jodi Stinnet, L.M.S.W., a consultant with Catholic Human Services, will present “What, Me Worry? A Discussion About Anxiety” at the monthly meeting of the Grand Traverse Bay Area Stroke Club from 2:30 - 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 10, at The Presbyterian Church, 701 Westminster Road in Traverse City.

Stinnet’s talk will focus on the stressors related to everyday life following a stroke.

The Grand Traverse Bay Area Stroke Club is open to the public and meets the second Wednesday of each month. The stroke club offers stroke survivors and support persons the opportunity to learn, share, and connect with one another through speakers, demonstrations, and group discussions.
