Michigan Recipes: Garlic-Parm Roasted Asparagus

Body

Michigan asparagus season is here. Rich in essential vitamins, antioxidants, and pre-biotic fiber, asparagus is a highly anticipated vegetable come spring – especially here in northern Michigan, where its tasty stalks are one of the first signs of green to poke through the thawing ground. Not quite sure how to flavor or prepare your bundle of green goodness? Enjoy this fresh, simple, and above all, healthy recipe from our friends at Shape Up North, a community collaboration we proudly support.
