Riding for a Cause: Black Bear Gran Fondo Dale LaPointe

July 9, 2022 | Hanson Hills Recreation Area

From the moment you walk in the door at the Crawford Continuing Care Center, you’ll notice the caring individuals and smiling faces. In communities like Grayling, you’re sure to recognize the familiar faces of friends and neighbors in each of our patient care facilities.

The staff at the Crawford Continuing Care Center strive to create a loving, caring, and nurturing environment for everyone who walks through the doors. To support this mission, Munson Healthcare Grayling Hospital employee Dale LaPointe is biking 100 miles in the 21st annual Black Bear Gran Fondo and raising funds for the Crawford Continuing Care Center!

The Black Bear Gran Fondo will take place on Saturday, July 9, 2022. Dale will ride the 100-mile loop starting and ending at Hanson Hills Recreation Area. This loop takes riders on both flat and gently rolling hills, past lakes, rivers, and forests in Grayling, Higgins Lake, Houghton Lake, Roscommon, and back to the start through Grayling. This ride will be a challenge!
