Current Pharmacy Residents

Katelin Anderson 
Katelin grew up in Ludington, Michigan. She completed her pharmacy education at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. Her areas of interest are infectious diseases, critical care, and academia. After completing her PGY1 residency at Munson Medical Center she stayed on as the PGY2 Infectious Diseases pharmacy resident. After completion of her residency she plans to obtain a clinical pharmacist position in one of her areas of interest. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys running, practicing yoga, and exploring northern Michigan.

Molly Czarnecki
Molly grew up in Jackson, Michigan and completed her pharmacy education at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. Her areas of interest are varied and include internal medicine, critical care, and diabetes management. Upon completing her PGY1 residency, she hopes to attain a clinical pharmacist position. When she isn’t wearing her white coat, Molly loves to cook and experiment with ethnic cuisines. She also loves being outside whether she’s reading a book on the beach, climbing trees, or hiking up a mountain.

Cassie Diamond
Cassie grew up in Hartland, Michigan. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Michigan before completing her pharmacy school education at the University of Michigan as well (Go Blue!). Her current areas of interest include cardiology, critical care and academia. After this year, she would like to pursue a PGY2 in one of her interest areas or obtain a clinical position while precepting students. Outside of work, Cassie is an avid runner, but also enjoys waterskiing and exploring local wineries, and watching college football and hockey.

Tate Feeney
Tate is from Chelsea, Michigan, and completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. His areas of interest include oncology pharmacy, critical care and cardiology. Upon completion of his PGY1, Tate would like to pursue a PGY2 or clinical position in one of his interest areas. Outside of pharmacy, Tate enjoys spending time with his wife, learning to play the guitar, and exploring beaches of northern Michigan

Rachel MacLeod
Rachel is from the Metro Detroit area. She completed her pharmacy education at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. Her practice interests include infectious diseases, HIV/AIDS pharmacotherapy, and education. After completing her PGY1 residency, she hopes to pursue a PGY2 in infectious diseases. Outside of pharmacy, Rachel enjoys practicing calligraphy, visiting breweries, and spending time with her husband and miniature schnauzer

Celine Quevillon
Celine was born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, Canada. She completed her undergraduate pre-requisites at Lake Superior State University in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan and her pharmacy education at the University Of Charleston School Of Pharmacy in Charleston, West Virginia. Her current areas of interest include emergency medicine, critical care, and academia. After this year, she plans on pursuing a clinical position in one of her areas of interest. In her spare time, Celine enjoys reading, spending quality time with family and friends, participating in any outdoor activity, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Penguins (go pens!!!).

Bradley Haan (2016)
Brad completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. He is now a PGY2 critical care resident at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan.

John Robinson (2016)
John attended Grand Valley State University for undergraduate studies before completing pharmacy school at Ferris State University. John has accepted a clinical pharmacist position at Munson Medical Center.

Joe Zerka (2016)
Joe completed both his undergraduate and pharmacy education at Cedarville University School of Pharmacy in Cedarville, Ohio. Joe is now one of the emergency medicine pharmacists at Munson Medical Center.

Allie Wasik (2016)
Allie attended Ferris State University for both her undergraduate and graduate studies. Allie is now a PGY2 cardiology resident at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland.

Derek Vander Horst (2016)
Derek completed his undergraduate and pharmacy education at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. He completed his PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Munson Medical Center, and continued on as the PGY2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Resident.  Derek is now the antimicrobial stewardship pharmacist at Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Shannon Robb (2015)
Shannon has accepted a job as a clinical pain specialist at Florida Hospital Tampa. 

Matthew Scherrer (2015)
Matthew has accepted a position at Munson Medical Center. He works in the Emergency Department and is the clinical lead for the Operating Room. 

Lauren Wolf (2015)
Lauren is the PGY2 Emergency Medicine resident at Detroit Medical Center.

Nick Torney (2014)
Nick Torney completed his undergraduate and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. He completed his PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at Munson Medical Center (MMC) and early committed for the first year of the PGY2 Infectious Diseases residency at MMC. He is currently an Infectious Diseases pharmacist, residency program director of the PGY2 Infectious Diseases Residency Program, and preceptor of the PGY1 Infectious Diseases rotation. In his spare time, Nick enjoys long-distance running and exploring the geography of the greater Grand Traverse area.

Diana Cowell, PharmD (2014) 
Diana Cowell attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, graduating with a bachelor's degree in Chemistry. After graduation, she was commissioned as an officer in the United States Navy and served on active duty as a helicopter pilot and flight instructor. After leaving active duty, she obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of California - San Francisco. Diana completed her PGY-1 residency at Munson Medical Center and was offered the position of Drug Utilization Specialist.

Brian Ogrin (2013) 
After residency, Brian started a clinical/staff position at Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids, Mich. 

Trevor Warner (2013) 
Trevor was hired by Munson Medical Center after his residency, where he serves as a clinical/staff pharmacist in multiple areas throughout the hospital, including the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit. He is the clinical lead for the Emergency Department and serves as the current president of Northern Michigan Society of Health-system Pharmacists for 2016-2017.

Amanda Kogelman (2012) 
Amanda works as a clinical/staff pharmacist in Hematology/Oncology at the Cowell Family Cancer Center. She has been an active member of the Northern Michigan Society of Health-system Pharmacists since 2012. Amanda successfully achieved Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy in 2014 and Oncology in 2015.

Jason Williamson (2012) 
After his residency, Jason moved to Flint, Mich. to work as a clinical pharmacist at Genesys Regional Medical Center.

Jacqueline Pierick Baker (2011) 
Jacqueline works as a clinical pharmacist at Munson Medical Center.

Chelsea Bennett (2011) 
Chelsea completed a PGY-2 at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Mich., and now serves as a clinical coordinator at Hurley Medical Center in Flint, Mich.

Erin Bagely (2010) 
Erin started out as a clinical pharmacist at a Veterans Affairs (VA) facility in Kentucky. She has relocated back to Michigan where she continues to serve as a clinical pharmacist for the VA.

Matthew Beachnau (2009) 
Matt began his career as one of Munson’s clinical pharmacists in the Emergency Department. He recently moved to St. Croix and now serves as a clinical pharmacist in the hospital on that island.

Megan Fletcher (2008) 
Megan worked as pharmacist in Grayling, Mich., before relocating to Grand Rapids, Mich., to serve as a clinical coordinator at Spectrum Health.

Ryan Williams (2007) 
Ryan worked in the Emergency Department as a clinical pharmacist in Battle Creek, Mich., after leaving Munson Medical Center.

Jennifer Sterling (2006) 
One of Munson’s first Emergency Department clinical pharmacists now works in the Traverse City community.

Benjamin Demongey (2005) 
Ben began his career as a clinical/staff pharmacist at Munson Medical Center working in the specialty area of nutrition support. In 2010 he accepted a position as home infusion clinical coordinator for Munson Home Infusion.

Philip DiMondo (2004) 
Philip was clinical coordinator of Munson’s home infusion program from September 2005 through September 2010. He then became the department’s staff educator and student education coordinator for the Direct program with Ferris State University. He was appointed residency program director in 2014 and quickly expanded the program from two to four PGY-1 residents starting in 2015. He achieved Board Certification in 2009.
