Information for Providers

The Bleeding Disorder Center staff is available 24/7 for consultations by calling our office at 231-935-7227 or through Munson Medical Center’s switchboard by calling 231-935-5000.

Hematologist Kristian M. Koller, DO, as well as our nurse practitioner and registered nurse, can be reached for consultation if you have a patient that you suspect may have a bleeding disorder.

If you have a patient with a bleeding disorder, we can work with you to manage his or her condition. We also will work with you to create care plans for patients scheduled for a medical procedure or dental procedure.

If you have a patient with a bleeding disorder who plans to travel, we can provide a letter detailing how to contact us that can be presented by the patient at any Emergency Department.
