Listening to Our Patients
One of the best ways we measure our quality is by asking patients about their experience. Surveys are sent to most patients following a hospitalization. We ask questions about a wide range of issues that matter to patients – from cleanliness and friendliness to quality of their care. We pay close attention to what patients tell us. When patients point out ways we could improve, we make every effort to do so.
Patient and Family Advisory Councils
Because patients and their families are such a great source of information, we have formed patient and family advisory councils to help guide us. Patient and Family Advisory councils meet regularly at these locations:
- Cadillac Hospital
- Cowell Family Cancer Center
- Grayling Hospital
- Munson Medical Center
