Michigan Tobacco Quitline
Offers free information, tobacco treatment referral, phone counseling, an online program, and text messaging 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This quitline offers a variety of tailored programming taught by and for veterans, American Indian smokers, and more. Free counseling and nicotine replacement therapy (patch, gum or lozenges) may be available to certain callers.

Freedom from Smoking Plus
This online program is offered through the American Lung Association and includes 12 months or unlimited access to the Freedom from Smoking online program available 24/7 on your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Freedom from Smoking Plus also includes live telephone and chat support from the quit smoking specialist through the Lung Helpline. Nine highly interactive sessions prepare you for your QUIT DAY and help you stay smoke-free for good. Program cost: $99.
