Munson Home Infusion Pharmacy provides personalized infusion services to patients throughout 16 counties in northern Michigan. Whether the need is short-term for treatment of an acute illness, or a long-term need to treat a chronic illness, our highly skilled and dedicated home infusion team will accommodate your infusion care in the comfort of your own home.
The Munson Home Infusion Pharmacy assists people living in counties served by Munson Healthcare Home Health: Antrim, Benzie, Charlevoix, Clare, Crawford, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Lake, Leelanau, Manistee, Mecosta, Missaukee, Osceola, Otsego, Roscommon, and Wexford.
Our Home Infusion Team is comprised of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, specialty nurses, reimbursement and billing specialists. Our team works closely with your physician and nurses to develop a customized home infusion plan, provide your prescribed medication and all the infusion-related supplies you will need to experience successful infusions. Our nurses will be there to provide IV maintenance, training, and support for you and your caregivers.
Throughout treatment, patients have direct access to our pharmacist to answer questions and discuss treatment.
