Following your urgent care virtual visit, your primary care provider will have access to your record. All health information will be accessible within your Munson Healthcare electronic medical record (EMR).

How do I pay for a Munson Healthcare Virtual Visit or Virtual Urgent Care?
Invoicing will be no different than a standard in-office visit. If you’re using your health insurance, please contact your insurance carrier to understand how your Virtual Visit or Urgent Care Visit will be billed.

Reserving your spot online doesn’t guarantee your appointment time, but it does secure your spot in line. Different types of illnesses and injuries may take more or less time and may impact the estimated wait times.
