Residency Application Information

We are dedicated to ensuring a diverse and inclusive residency application process. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and strive to create an inclusive environment where every qualified applicant has an equal opportunity to be successful.

Residency applicants must have graduated from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program and be eligible for State of Michigan licensure. The resident is expected to obtain licensure as a pharmacist in the State of Michigan within two months of starting the residency program. 

All application materials must be submitted only through PhORCAS by January 1. Applications will be evaluated by the residency program director and advisors. Onsite or remote teleconferencing interviews will be extended to those selected, and interviews will begin the last week of January. Interviews will last about five hours.
