Ambulatory Clerical Staff: Education Information and Resources

Education resources are organized by role and topic on the left. Click on the down arrow next to each role to access a list of topics. Select a topic to view all material within that section. Education material is located under the role that most commonly performs that workflow. Review all relevant information for your job functions.

One Patient Record Wave 2 Care Team Members:

In preparation for the One Patient Record changes, please plan to:

  1. Confirm you are registered for the correct class or classes.
  • Management is to register all care team members within HealthStream to align the class dates and times with the practice schedule. 
  • You are expected to be registered for the OPR Ambulatory Clerical PowerChart and Revenue Cycle Class.
  • Confirm you are registered for additional classes if you perform additional roles in the clinic:
    • If managing incoming or outgoing appointment referrals, register for OPR Ambulatory Referral Management Class.
    • If performing clinical roles, register for OPR Ambulatory Clinical PowerChart Class.

  2. Watch for HealthStream courses that will be assigned on November 11. These need to be completed prior to 

      attending any class.​

  3. Attend class(es).

  4. Be ready for the January 25th launch:

  • Open the Ambulatory Clerical | Munson Healthcare website section.
  • Add this website section to the Internet Favorites bar for future quick access.
    1. Click the Favorites star icon.

    2. Click Done.

  • On the left side of the page, click on the role-specific down arrow to access a list of topics and 

    review the education resources.
