The Annual Health Care Team Recognition Dinner recognizes employee longevity, commitment to quality, commitment to safety, and outstanding achievement.

This year, we will present Outstanding Employee Awards based on your nominations extraordinary members of your team who improve lives and live True North every day by:

  • Keeping the Patient at the center
  • Demonstrating the Munson Healthcare values and making this a great place to work for the entire Health Care Team
  • Helping improve our culture of Safety and Quality
  • Directly impacting organizational goals, including Operational Performance, through streamlining processes, sharing ideas, improving patient care, or other related efforts
  • Providing exceptional leadership, formally or informally

Who is eligible?

Any actively employed individual or medical staff member from Munson Medical Center, Munson Home Health, Mobile Medical Response, Munson Medical Group, Munson Support Services, Munson Dialysis Services, Munson Healthcare Foundations, Northern Michigan Supply Alliance, and Munson Services Inc.

Nominate your team member by completing the form below. Winners will be chosen by a cross-functional team and invited with a guest to the Health Care Team Recognition Dinner on Monday, May 18 at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa.
