Flu Vaccine Opportunities

For Munson Healthcare Employees and Providers

Below are the currently scheduled flu clinics. 

Cadillac 

Cadillac Hospital, 3rd Floor, Employee Health Office

  • Friday 10/4, 10 am - 2 pm
  • Monday 10/14, 7:30 am - 1 pm
  • Monday 10/28, 10 am - 2 pm

Nursing Supervision will also be administering flu vaccines after hours and on weekends as available.

Charlevoix 

Charlevoix Hospital, Classroom B

  • Tuesday 10/8, 8 am - 2:30 pm
  • Tuesday 10/22, 8 am - 1 pm

For night shift and weekend staff, flu vaccine will be available on the MedSurg and ED units.

Frankfort

Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital, Cardiac Rehab

  • Thursday 10/3, 6:30 am - 4:30 pm
  • Thursday 10/24, 6:30 am - 4:30 pm
  • Tuesday 10/29, 6:30 am - 4:30 pm

Gaylord

Otsego Memorial Hospital, Conference Room

  • Thursday 10/10, 7 am - 1 pm
  • Tuesday 10/15, 10 - 2:30 pm
  • Wednesday 10/30, 8:30 am - 2:30 pm 

Night shift staff will also be able to receive their vaccine from the house supervisor on 10/3, 10/11, 10/14, and 10/18.

Grayling 

Grayling Hospital, Huron Pines Conference Room

  • Friday 10/11, 10 am - 2:30 pm
  • Thursday 10/17, 8 am - 2 pm
  • Tuesday 10/29, 12:30 pm - 6:30pm

Manistee 

Manistee Hospital, Employee Health Office (Lower Level)

  • Wednesday 10/16, 10 am - 2:30 pm
  • Wednesday 10/23, 7:30 am - 1:30 pm

Clinical units will have flu vaccine on hand to vaccinate their own staff. There will also be limited availability to receive your flu vaccine at the hospital pharmacy if you are unable to utilize the options above. Please call 8-1157 to secure a time to receive this at pharmacy; no walk-ins.

Traverse City

Foster Family Community Health Center

  • Wednesday 10/9, 9 am - 11 am (Meeting Room E)
  • Thursday, 10/10, 3 pm - 6 pm, (Meeting Room A)
  • FFCHC Pharmacy (walk in)

 

Munson Medical Center, Cafeteria Dining Rooms

  • Tuesday 10/1, 7:30 am - 2:30 pm
  • Monday 10/7, 11:30 am - 3:30 pm
  • Tuesday 10/15, 7:30 am - 10 am
  • Friday 10/18, 12:30 pm - 6:30 pm
  • Monday 10/21, 7:30 am - 12:30 pm
  • Friday 10/25, 12:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Clinical units will also have the option to order flu vaccine to administer to their staff on unit. On-unit flu vaccine orders will be available through 10/25/24.

Other Flu Vaccine Options

If you are unable to attend a flu vaccine clinic, flu vaccines are available by appointment at our MHC Employee Health offices. Please call 231-935-6496 to schedule an appointment. You may also receive a flu vaccine through your local primary care provider, health department or pharmacy. 

  • Please submit any paperwork for vaccines given from outside of MHC to our MHC Employee Health team: Employeehealth@mhc.net.
