Outstanding Leadership Award

The Outstanding Leadership Award recognizes a Manager or Director* who has made significant contributions to advancing the mission and goals of Munson Healthcare and their respective organizations.

Criteria 

A Manager or Director* nominated, will have, over the past year:

• Made significant contributions to advancing our missions and goals
• Motivated and inspired the people around them to accomplish more than normally expected
• Created a compelling vision for the future and helped others understand their role in achieving it
• Exemplified exceptional leadership
• Actively shared responsibility, authority, information, and credit when working toward goal achievement
• Set high standards of integrity by leading through example
• Committed to personal growth
• And have been inspirational, respected, inclusive, impactful, collaborative…

Eligibility

Any actively employed Assistant Manager, Manager, Director, or System Director of Munson Medical Center, Munson Healthcare, Munson Home Health, North Flight, Munson Medical Group, Munson Support Services, Munson Dialysis Services, Munson Healthcare Regional Foundation, Northern Michigan Supply Alliance, or Munson Services Inc.

*Assistant Managers, Managers, Directors, System Directors and Administrators of the entities identified in the Eligibility Section

Deadline

Nominations are due 4/6. The winner will be announced at the Recognition Dinner on Monday, May 18.
