• Part 2: In-depth Video Course
  • access the 40-minute Part 2 Course recording
  • Complete the course in its entirety INLCUDING the post-test/evaluation

When you are ready to complete the on-demand course, go to: Munson Healthcare - CME Portal

• Click on the On-Demand tab at the top of the page
• Select the Foundations of Safety Culture course, then click on the presentation “Foundations of Safety Culture – Part 2”
• Review the course information, then click the button “Continue to Enduring Material”
• Verify your eeds login
• View the entire recorded webinar
• Complete the required post-test/evaluation
