After calling 1-877-622-4327, you will be prompted to:
- Press 1 if currently experiencing a life-threatening emergency.
- Otherwise, press 2…then press 3 or hold for next available advocate. The advocate will:
- Ask identifying information including your name, birthdate, address, and social security number. Note: Munson Healthcare's ID is MHC.
- Provide EAP plan specifics (e.g., number of sessions covered by the plan for the year).
- Conduct an appointment search of mental health providers who are accepting new patients. Although they will provide the phone number(s) and when the counselor is available, you will need to call to schedule the appointment.
